Job summary

Affinity Education Group is seeking a Part-Time Educator for Milestones Early Learning Flinders View in Queensland. The role focuses on creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive.

You will support play-based learning, build strong relationships, and contribute to high-quality educational programs under new leadership. Ideal candidates hold Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, have prior ECEC experience, and hold or are willing to

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACEQCA-approved equivalent).
• Previous experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
• Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning through play-based programs.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Assist in implementing educational experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Contribute to documentation and learning outcomes.
• Support daily routines and foster a welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with the team to provide high-quality care and education.

About the Role

As a Part-Time Educator, you will play an important role in creating a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where children can learn, grow and thrive.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting children's learning and development through play-based programs
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

What You'll Bring
