Job summary

Junior Adventures Group, Toolern Vale, invites a diploma-qualified OSHC educator to join our service on a part-time basis. You will build strong relationships with families and children, support the team, and may assist nearby services as required.

Shifts are 31.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, before school 6.00–9.00am and after school 2.45–6.00pm, with extra hours during school holidays. There is potential to train as the Responsible Person for this service.

Qualifications

• Genuine passion for working with children.
• Team player with aspirations to grow and learn in the role.
• Hold or be willing to obtain a national police check (covered by us).
• State working-with-children check.
• National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko).
• VIC Diploma-Level qualification to work as a Diploma-level Educator in VIC per ACECQA guidelines.

Responsibilities

Job Description

As a diploma qualified OSHC Permanent Educator, you’ll work at our highly regarded service inToolern Valegiving you the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with the families, children, your team, and the wider school community. From time to time, you may also have the opportunity to support nearby services across the region when additional support is needed.

Weekly shifts and hours: 31.25hours per week,across Monday - Friday before school 6.00 -9.00amshift and after school 2.45 - 6.00pm shift. Extra hours available during school holidays too! We require full availability for shifts throughout the week.
