Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Mackay's Northern Beaches is seeking an Educator to craft and deliver play-based, child-led learning experiences that align with the Early Years Learning Framework. You’ll work alongside Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to support safety, inclusivity, and school readiness.

You’ll need a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), be current with the QLD Working with Children Check, and complete the National Child Safety

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
• Completion of National Child Safety Foundation Training via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver play-based, child-led learning experiences.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to enhance programs.
• Ensure safety, inclusivity and positive learning environments for all children.
