Job summary

Mayfield Early Education Brinsmead invites applications for an Educator on a fixed-term basis through January 2027. The role focuses on nurturing children in a warm, inclusive environment, with a strong emphasis on family collaboration and whole-child development.

You’ll contribute to a supportive team, participate in ongoing PD, and help children thrive emotionally, socially, and academically in Brinsmead.

Qualifications

• Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Blue Card required.
• Availability Tue–Fri 9am–1pm initially.

Your Role & Impact

As our Educator, you’ll have the rewarding role of making each day a meaningful experience for the children in your care.

Role Requirements

We’re looking for someone with:

• A Cert III or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• A valid Blue Card.
• Availability to work Tuesday to Friday 9am to 1pm initially and more over time.
• Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or a willingness to obtain).
• A working knowledge of the NQF, EYLF & Child Safe Standards.
• A genuine love for working with young children and helping them thrive.
