Job summary

Mayfield Early Education Dandenong is seeking a Casual Educator to lead with heart and create a warm, home-like environment where every child feels safe, valued and inspired to learn.

The role requires a Cert III in Early Childhood, WWCC and current First Aid/CPR, knowledge of EYLF and NQS, plus training in child protection. Availability Monday to Friday 6:30am–6:30pm is preferred; you’ll join a supportive team committed to high-quality early education.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III or equivalent in Early Childhood.
• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) and current First Aid or CPR.
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
• Training in child protection, Red Nose, and food safety (or willing to obtain).
• Proactive, collaborative spirit with a passion for excellence in early education.
• Full availability Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm (preferred).

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
