Job summary

Bluebird Early Education is expanding its team in Victoria, Australia, offering permanent part-time Educator roles up to 37.5 hours per week. We seek Diploma or Certificate III qualified educators with a passion for fostering curiosity and well‑being in children.

Join our caring, child-led environments across six studios where daily rituals and interactive activities create meaningful learning experiences. Training, uniform provision, and a strong work‑life balance are provided.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care is required.
• Current Working with Children Check is required.
• Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates or willingness to obtain these.
• Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willingness to obtain these.
• Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
• A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
