Job summary

Bluebird Early Education is expanding its team of Educators in Cranbourne West, Victoria. Permanent part-time positions up to 37.5 hours weekly are available for Diploma & Certificate III qualified Educators.

Join a supportive team delivering child-led, holistic learning experiences for children 6 weeks to 5 years. We seek motivated individuals with relevant qualifications, WWC checks, and current First Aid with CPR, who can contribute to a positive, collaborative environment and ongoing

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care required.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates or willingness to obtain these.
• Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
• Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.

Responsibilities

• Deliver play-based learning through thoughtfully designed programs.
• Support child development and wellbeing in a 6 weeks to 5 years program.
• Collaborate with team and school/community partners to support learning.
• Foster a loving, inclusive classroom culture and safe environment.

About the Centre:

Our dedicated Educators at Cranbourne West deliver play-based learning through thoughtfully designed programs like Tea Times, Yarning Circles, Yoga, Mindfulness, and Baby Massage, fostering wellness and a strong sense of community. With 7 carefully curated Studios for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years, each space is designed to inspire curiosity and support developmental growth.

Our expansive outdoor play areas encourage imagination, adventure, and physical skills, growing alongside the children as they progress.
