Job summary

YMCA Bray Park Outside School Hours Care is recruiting energetic educators to support primary-aged children before and after school and during holidays. You will help create a safe, inclusive environment with a mix of structured and spontaneous play.

Ideal candidates are studying or have Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services, hold First Aid/CPR and Blue Card, and bring energy, creativity and a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications

• Hold or studying towards a Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services or similar.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children during Before & After School sessions.
• Run or assist with Vacation Care activities.
• Create a welcoming, inclusive space where all children feel safe and supported.

About the role

Are you passionate about promoting children’s wellbeing and confidence? We are currently recruiting energetic and caring Educators to join our YMCA Bray Park Outside School Hours Care team on a casual basis.

As an Educator, you’ll help create a safe, fun and inclusive environment for primary‑aged children before school, after school and during the school holidays. With a mix of structured and spontaneous play‑based activities, you’ll be at the heart of children's social learning and creativity.
