Job summary

Bluebird Early Education is seeking an Educator for our Bluebird Bexley service in Sydney. This part-time role supports a child-centered program across our six studios, focusing on safe, inclusive learning and meaningful connections with children and families.

Qualified applicants will hold or be actively pursuing a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care, with relevant checks and certificates (WWC, First Aid, CPR).

Qualifications

• Currently working toward or possess Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care.
• Hold or willing to obtain Working with Children Check and First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis.
• Willing to obtain Mandatory Reporting, Child Protection, Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates.
• Excellent teamwork and ability to work independently.

The service offers 6 beautifully designed Studios, we celebrate each child’s unique strengths and interests through a holistic, child-centred curriculum that inspires exploration, discovery, and growth. Current Opportunities:

We are expanding our team of passionate, supportive, and genuine Educators. Join us and be part of our dynamic Bluebird Bexley team, with permanent part-time positions available for both Diploma & Certificate III qualified. Permanent part-time positions of up to 37.5 hours per week.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Working towards Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Education & Care
• Current Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid with CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificate of willingness to obtain these.
• Current Mandatory Reporting and Child Protection certificates or willing to obtain these.
• Current Safe Sleep and Food Handling certificates or willing to obtain these.
• A motivated member able to work well in a team and independently.
• Passionate about providing exceeding early education and care.
