Job summary

The Y Australia Bald Hills is seeking energetic Educators to join our Outside School Hours Care team on a casual basis. You’ll supervise and engage children before school, after school and during Vacation Care, delivering a safe, inclusive and fun environment that supports learning and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services, current First Aid and CPR, and a Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain). Passion for inclusive play and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Cert III or Diploma in Children’s Services required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in Before & After School sessions.

About the role

Are you passionate about promoting children’s wellbeing and confidence? We are currently recruiting energetic and caring Educators to join our YMCA Bald Hills Outside School Hours Care team on a casual basis.

As an Educator, you’ll help create a safe, fun and inclusive environment for primary-aged children before school, after school and during the school holidays. With a mix of structured and spontaneous play-based activities, you’ll be at the heart of children's social learning and creativity.

What you’ll do

What you’ll bring

• A valid Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain)
