Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Croydon is seeking an Educator to inspire young minds within bright, supportive learning spaces. You will share milestones with families and bring to life our unique 'To BE Me' program, under a supportive Centre Manager and with access to great resources.

Ideally you have a Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education (or be working towards it), plus VIC WWCC and mandatory Child Protection training.

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform.
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or working towards it.
• Available to work between 7am-6pm, Mon to Fri, with a rotating roster.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) for VIC.

Responsibilities

• Inspire young minds within Guardian's learning spaces and contribute to a fun, supportive environment.
• Share children’s milestones and wow moments with their families.
• Bring the 'To BE Me' Guardian learning program to life in daily activities.
• Engage in ongoing learning and collaboration with the team.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector
