Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an Educator to create meaningful learning experiences and build strong relationships with children and families. You’ll contribute to planning, observations and learning documentation while growing your skills through mentoring, professional development and clear career pathways.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or approved equivalent.

Educators work closely with their Lead Educator or Teacher and room team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for children and families, with pathways to progress into Lead Educator, Lead Teacher and specialist leadership roles.

About You

You're a caring and enthusiastic early childhood professional who brings:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education, an approved equivalent, or a commitment to working towards a recognised qualification
• A genuine passion for children's learning, development and wellbeing
• A positive, reliable and collaborative approach
• A willingness to learn, contribute ideas and grow your practice
• Confidence building meaningful relationships with children, families and your team
• A current Working with Children Check, child protection training and relevant first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them

The role also requires team members completing a traineeship or qualification to remain actively engaged with their study, training and workplace requirements.
