Job summary

Goodstart is seeking an Educator (Diploma) at the Marsden Park centre in NSW. You will collaborate with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design and improve high-quality learning experiences for children, ensuring safety and inclusivity.

The role requires a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent), NSW Working with Children Check, and availability to work Mon-Fri across full opening hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.
• Certification of Completion for Advanced Child Safety Training, completed via Geccko platform.
• Availability to work across the full opening hours of the service, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• As an Educator, work with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to craft and enhance learning programs for children.
• Contribute to safety and inclusivity to ensure every child thrives and feels valued.

Education

About Goodstart - Elara Blackstone Street

Be part of our state-of-the-art Goodstart centre in Elara, a purpose-built 121-place service designed to inspire children, families and educators alike. With eight dedicated playrooms, spacious outdoor areas and a strong focus on learning through play, our centre provides a warm and welcoming environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
