Job summary

C&K Anne Shearer in Redcliffe is hiring an Educator for the Extended Hours Program. You will partner with the Extended Kindergarten Coordinator to nurture children’s growth, supporting learning beyond the kindergarten day.

Applicants should have a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or be working towards it, plus safety training and certifications. A Blue Card and a police check are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or working towards this qualification.
• Completed National Child Safety Training – Foundation and Advanced Certificate (Courses 1 to 5).
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (funded by us).
• Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Extended Kindergarten Coordinator to nurture children's growth.
• Support the Extended Hours Program to continue learning beyond the kindergarten day.
