Job summary

Goodstart Morwell Central is seeking an Educator to join our team in Morwell, VIC. You will work with Senior Educators and our Educational Leader to develop engaging learning programs that support children’s growth and safety.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities, with a focus on delivering high-quality early childhood education in a nurturing environment. A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood and current WWCC are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
• Current Vic Working with Children Check.
• Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation Training, completed via Geccko platform.

Responsibilities

• Assist in crafting and enhancing learning programs for children.
• Collaborate with Senior Educators and Educational Leader to support safety and inclusivity.
• Provide a nurturing, engaging learning environment across rooms and ages.

Education

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)

Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework

Current Vic Working with Children Check

Certificate of Completion for the National Child Safety Foundation and Advanced Training
