Job summary

G8 Education Limited’s Melton Early Learning Centre is seeking a Casual Assistant Educator qualified with a Certificate III or Diploma in Children's Services. You will contribute to a nurturing learning environment for children aged 0–5 and collaborate with a skilled team to deliver quality early childhood programs.

You will bring EYLF and NQS understanding, strong communication skills, a current Working with Children Check, and a First Aid certificate.

Qualifications

• Must hold ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services.
• Needs understanding of EYLF and NQS.
• Experience in early childhood with 0–5 age group preferred.
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate.

About Us

Our children enjoy delightful indoor and outdoor play areas, rooms equipped with the latest age-appropriate technology and learning resources, and a range of activities.

At capacity our centre caters for up to 90children with operating hours from 6:00am to 6:00pm.

About You

• Hold a minimum ACECQA approved Certificate III or Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services


• An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)


• Proven sector experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


• A current Working with Children Check


• First Aid certificate
