Only About Children Charlemont is seeking an Advanced Educator to lead high-level practice, mentor colleagues and strengthen inclusive experiences across the campus.

You will bring a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care, senior mentoring experience, and a deep understanding of EYLF/NQF, with First Aid, CPR, and WWC clearance. This role offers above‑award pay and strong professional development opportunities.

About Our Charlemont Campus

At Charlemont, my campus is beginning a brand-new story. I arrive in the Geelong region, at a new purpose-built campus on Batten Road with six rooms, new resources and a big outdoor yard made for children like me. Everything is being shaped with care from the start.

I can learn in spaces for nursery, toddler and kindergarten children, with room to move, wonder and belong. New routines, friendships and traditions can grow here. This is a place where my ideas can be noticed from the beginning and my confidence can grow with the community.

About The Role

I need educators around me who keep learning too.

As an Advanced Educator, you will provide high-level practice, leadership and mentoring across the campus. You will support curriculum, strengthen child safe and inclusive practice, and help educators feel more confident.
