Job summary

Only About Children is seeking a warm, professional Qualified Educator for the Enmore campus. You will apply your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care to nurture relationships, support individual children and contribute to meaningful learning within a community-focused setting.

You will foster safety, belonging and curiosity, plan developmentally appropriate activities, and collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver high-quality care and education across the day.

Qualifications

• Completed Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Demonstrated experience as an educator in an ECEC setting.
• Sound understanding of EYLF, NQF and child development principles.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• Strong communication skills with children, families and colleagues.
• Commitment to child safety, wellbeing and children's rights.
• Current Working with Children Check and state-based child protection clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and OAC Grow Curriculum.
• Support children's wellbeing, routines, agency and sense of belonging through responsive everyday practice.
• Observe, analyse and document children's learning, interests and development with increasing autonomy.

As a Qualified Educator, you'll deliver high-quality education and care with increasing independence and professional judgement.
