Job summary

Goodstart Early Learning in Darwin area is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to contribute to high-quality early learning experiences. The role focuses on safety, inclusivity, and building strong partnerships with families and children across our centres in the Darwin area.

You will work as part of a supportive team, delivering educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework, maintaining child safety, and engaging with families to foster continuous improvement and positive

Qualifications

• Educator – Cert III in Early Childhood Education
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience
• Current Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Having passion and enthusiasm to lead a classroom effectively engaging with educators, families and children to implement the educational program
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with children and families
• Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
• Seek and share best practice examples to improve the education program
• Maintain a safe environment for children, families and team members

Responsibilities

• As an Educator, you will be a team player, collaborating with your peers within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children.
• You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Role:Early Childhood Educator
Location:Darwin area, NT – All centres are located within the Darwin area in the NT
Salary Range: Ranging from $40 to $45 per hour + Superannuation (Dependant on qualifications and experience)
