Seedlings & Co in Brisbane, Australia is seeking a Lead Educator to join a warm, outdoors‑focused team. You’ll work with an experienced Lead Educator to plan and deliver play‑based learning grounded in EYLF and build warm, respectful relationships with children and families.

You’ll bring a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or a Diploma in progress), experience in an early learning setting, and a current Queensland Blue Card with First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis.
