Job summary

Uniting Early Learning Forest Lake is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher to lead a high-quality kindergarten program that supports children's learning and school readiness in a 59-place centre. You will craft engaging play-based experiences, observe and document progress, and guide educators to ensure positive outcomes.

You will build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community in a welcoming, inclusive environment, with above award pay and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification).
• Current Queensland Teacher Registration (or eligibility to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, QKLG and National Quality Framework.
• A passion for delivering high-quality play-based learning experiences.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Current Blue Card and First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
