Job summary

Only About Children Hampton is seeking an Educational Leader who is reflective, inspiring and practice-focused to guide learning across our campus.

You will partner with educators to listen to children's voices, support assessment and planning, and strengthen documentation and reflection while engaging families in curriculum decisions. This role offers ongoing professional learning and pathways into broader leadership.

Qualifications

• Early childhood teaching qualification preferred, or Diploma or higher.
• Experience leading a room or team.
• Understanding of the EYLF, NQF, Child Safe Standards and inclusive practice.
• Understanding of curriculum theory and educational leadership.
• Confidence mentoring educators and leading reflection.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• A Working with Children Check and relevant clearance.

About Our Hampton Campus

At Hampton, my day feels small, homely and close to the Bayside community. I arrive on Bluff Road, near Hampton Street, reserves, buses and local clubs. The campus feels personal, welcoming and calm.

I learn in three indoor rooms and play outside under the big oak tree, in the natural yard, on the bike track, near the vegetable garden and outdoor dining area. I can make friends, try new foods, practise routines and feel safe with familiar grown-ups. This is where my day feels steady, warm and connected.
