Job summary

CRCS is seeking Qualified Educators for Ginninderra Early Childhood Centre in a permanent part-time capacity. You will build strong relationships, support children's learning and development, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment where children, families and educators feel connected.

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Early Education and Care (or are working towards) with current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and CPR certificates, plus knowledge of the NQF and child safety policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum Certificate III qualification/working towards in Early Education and Care
• Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to positively interact with educators, children, families and the community
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
• Sound knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Hold a certificate or willing to obtain the National Child Safety Training (GECCKO)
• Hold a certificate in Keeping Children and Young People Safe or be willing to obtain

We’re searching for passionate and dedicated Qualified Educators to join our team in a permanent part-time capacity to work at our Ginninderra Early Childhood Centre. • Hold or be willing to obtain a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or aWorking with Children Check (NSW) and have these with them at all times whilst employed by CRCS.
• Undertake a National Criminal History Clearance by CRCS prior to commencing and every three years thereafter as a condition of employment. Employees are required to advise CRCS of any convictions that may effect their eligibility to work or perform the inherent requirements of their position
