Eden Academy Palm Beach is seeking an Educational Leader to mentor educators, strengthen practice and deliver high-quality learning experiences across our 101-place service operating 6:30am–6:30pm.

You will lead curriculum development, ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, and guide teams through the planning cycle, observations and reflections, including OWNA and floor books integration, to reflect children's voices and emergent learning.

Qualificações

• Experience leading educational teams in early childhood settings.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF/NQF/NQS and QKLG.
• Ability to mentor educators to improve programming and practice.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor educators, support curriculum development and foster a collaborative learning environment.
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and drive continuous improvement.
• Strengthen Educational Program and Practice with child-led, responsive approaches.
• Integrate floor books and OWNA to capture learning without duplication.
