Job summary

The Y Australia in Queensland is seeking an enthusiastic Educational Leader to join our YMCA Peak Crossing Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part-time basis. You will shape engaging, play-based programs and guide a team of educators to support children's learning outside school hours.

You’ll ensure safety, inclusion, and high-quality care in a community-focused setting. With a Diploma in Children’s Services (desirable) and at least three years’ ECEC experience, you’ll mentor staff,

Qualifications

• Minimum three years’ experience in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
• Comprehensive working knowledge of the approved learning framework.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
