Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning invites an Educational Leader to guide a team of educators in delivering engaging, thoughtful experiences for every child. You will drive curriculum development within our National Learning, Research, and Development Program and support ongoing professional growth across the group.

Join a supportive culture with access to extensive development opportunities, mentoring, and wellbeing initiatives. The role requires SA-based credentials and availability five days a week.

Qualifications

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or above.
• Current SA Working with Children’s Check (or willing to obtain).
• Current SA Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain).
• Current HLTAID012 First Aid Certificate and CPR (or willing to obtain).
• National Child Safety Training (or willing to obtain).
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators to create thoughtful and provoking experiences for every child.
• Develop and implement curriculum in line with our National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP).
• Support professional development and mentor educators across the group.
