Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty seeks an Educational Leader to guide a team of educators in creating thoughtful and provoking experiences for every child. You will lead curriculum development and professional learning, turning daily practice into meaningful exploration.

This role leverages our NLRDP to support staff with mentoring, collaborative think tanks, and ongoing development opportunities across Australia.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (AnACECQA approved) or higher.
• Current Working with Children Check (state-relevant).
• Current Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• National Police Clearance within last 6 months.
• Availability for rotating shifts (6:30am–6:30pm, Mon–Fri).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators to design thoughtful, provocative learning experiences for every child.
• Drive imaginative curriculum development and quality assurance.
• Support professional development through Green Leaves’ National Learning, Research and Development Program (NLRDP).
