Job summary

Harmony Early Education Bahrs Scrub is seeking an Educational Leader to drive pedagogy and support educators in delivering high-quality learning experiences for every child. You will champion learning frameworks, coach teams, and collaborate with leadership to achieve child-centered outcomes.

The role emphasizes leadership, curriculum development, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive Harmony network and safe, inclusive environment for children and families.

Your Role

As a non-contact Educational Leader, you will be the pedagogical driver of your centre, inspiring educators and supporting the delivery of exceptional learning experiences for every child.

You Will

• Mentor and inspire your team through reflective practice, coaching and collaboration

• Partner with the Centre Director and Relationship Manager to support holistic outcomes for children, families and educators

About You

You are a passionate early childhood professional who believes in the power of quality teaching, strong relationships and reflective practice.

You Bring

• A deep respect for children as capable, confident and competent learners
• Experience as an Educational Leader, or demonstrated experience leading and inspiring educators
• A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent), or currently working towards this qualification
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF v2.0, National Quality Framework (NQF) and quality improvement practices
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current Certificate of Completion
• A commitment to child safety, cultural safety and creating inclusive environments where every child belongs.
