Job summary

Harmony Springfield Parkway in Ipswich, QLD, is seeking Early Childhood Educators to nurture and support young learners in a inclusive, play-based environment. You will create safe, engaging spaces and build trusting relationships with children and families.

We welcome applicants with Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care, and a commitment to child safety and cultural safety. Join a centre that values learning, collaboration, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• A Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or are currently studying).
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training via Geccko, with a current certificate of completion.
• A commitment to child and cultural safety.
• An understanding of child protection and reporting obligations.
• A collaborative, inclusive approach and a desire to make a positive difference.

You bring heart, curiosity, and a genuine passion for early learning. You are committed to creating meaningful experiences where children feel confident, capable, and supported.

You also have:
