Goodstart Early Learning in Sydney's North Shore is seeking an Early Childhood Teacher–Educational Leader to join our 66-place St Leonards Christie Street centre. This permanent, full-time role offers a supportive environment with strong links to families and a focus on high-quality early learning programs.

You'll lead pedagogical practice, collaborate with centre leadership, and mentor staff while ensuring compliance with NSW regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved).
• Current NSW Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification.
• Hold active accreditation with NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA).

Responsibilities

• Ignite a love of learning in children with purposeful teaching practices.
• Mentor and inspire educational practices in the classroom.
• Collaborate with centre leadership to develop, review and implement high-quality early learning programs.

Education
