Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking caring educators to inspire and support children in our Northshore Sydney centres. Join a welcoming team and access state-of-the-art resources in a nurturing learning environment.

You’ll bring an approved Early Childhood Education qualification, a current Working with Children Check, and a commitment to child safety and professional growth. Availability 7am–6pm on rotating rosters is preferred; we value diverse backgrounds and 10-year verifiable resumes

Qualifications

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via GECCKO platform.
• Current Working with Children Check is required.
• Availability between 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday on rotating rosters.

Responsibilities

• Inspire young minds and support learning in a nurturing centre environment.
• Collaborate with Educators and Centre Managers to run Thrive framework rooms.
• Contribute to the To BE Me learning program and family engagement.

Here’s what you’ll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• An approved qualification in Early Childhood Education, or you're actively working towards one
• Availability between 7am – 6pm, Monday to Friday on rotating rosters.
• Current Working with Children Check.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Child Protection and Food Safety Certificates.
• 2-3 years' experience in the early childhood sector.
