Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres Pty invites an Educational Leader to guide a team of educators in delivering engaging, thoughtful experiences for every child. You will drive curriculum development and oversee professional development through our NLRDP, supporting staff with mentoring and ongoing learning opportunities.

The role supports flexible full-time or part-time arrangements, with a strong emphasis on quality, inclusion, and staff wellbeing within Western Australia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education and Care (AnACECQA approved).
• Current WA Working with Children Check.
• Current WA Child Protection and National Child Safety Certificates.
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012).
• National Police Clearance within last 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of educators to create thoughtful and provoking experiences for every child.
• Oversee curriculum development and educator professional development through the National Learning, Research, and Development Program (NLRDP).
• Support and mentor staff to ensure high-quality learning experiences and safety standards.

About You:

• AnACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or above
• Current WA Working with Children's Check
• Current WA Child Protection and National Child Safety Training Certificates
• Current First Aid and CPR (HLTAID012)
• National Police Clearance obtained in the last 6 months
• Must be available to work rotating shifts that may start as early as 6:30 am and finish as late as 6:30 pm, Monday to Friday
