Job summary

Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking an Educational Leader at Georges Hall, NSW, on a full-time basis. You will mentor and coach educators, support curriculum development and lead continuous improvement across the service.

You will guide EYLF and NQF implementation, assist with documentation and reflective practice, and work closely with the Centre Director to achieve strong outcomes for children. This role offers competitive hourly pay plus an Ed. Leader Allowance.

Qualifications

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Experience mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs
• Confidence in curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
• A genuine passion for quality early learning and supporting educator growth
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW

We're seeking an inspiring and experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Busy Bees at Georges Hall, located at 15 Georges Crescent, Georges Hall NSW 2198, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in driving quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and leading continuous improvement across the service.
