Kool Beanz SUNS – Carrara is seeking an Educational Leader to partner with the Centre Director and drive excellence in early learning. Lead, mentor and develop educators, embed EYLF and NQS, and contribute to the QIP to raise educational outcomes.

You will coach teams, supervise planning cycles, and ensure quality, safety and strong communication across rooms while balancing educational leadership with operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years' experience as Educational Leader.
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Assessment & Rating.
• Ability to mentor and develop educators.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Confidence balancing educational leadership with operational responsibilities.
• Current First Aid/CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
• Gecko Mandatory Child Safe Training Foundation Level (or willingness to obtain).

At Kool Beanz, due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a passionate, dedicated Educational Leader who is ready to make a meaningful impact. We are currently inviting exceptional individuals to join the Kool Beanz family at our Suns Carrara centre. A purpose-built facility catering for up to 189 enrolments. About the Role:

Working closely with the Centre Director, you' will play a pivotal role in both the educational and operational success of the service. You will be responsible for:

• Educational Leadership
• Leading and mentoring educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
• Embedding the EYLF, NQS and Kool Beanz pedagogy throughout the centre.
• Coaching educators through planning cycles, documentation and intentional teaching.
• Driving continuous improvement and contributing to the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP).

• Building educator capability through mentoring, professional development and coaching.

About You:

You will be someone who enjoys leading by example and inspiring others to be their best.

You will bring:

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Previous experience in an Educational Leader. Minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework, EYLF and Assessment & Rating.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop educators.
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills.
• Confidence balancing educational leadership with operational responsibilities.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates.
• Current Working with Children Check/Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
• Current Geccko Mandatory Child Safe Training - Foundation Level (or willing to obtain prior to employment)
