TAFE Gippsland is seeking an Educational Design Partner based at Yallourn Campus to design student-centred learning across online, blended and paper-based delivery. You will guide curriculum design, assessment practices and educational technology adoption to support quality and compliance.

As an Educational Design Partner, you will work closely with educators and academic leaders to design and enhance high-quality, student-centred learning and assessment experiences across online, blended and paper-based delivery. Combining expertise in curriculum design, contemporary pedagogy and educational technologies, you will provide guidance on learning resources, assessment practices and innovative teaching approaches that support student success. You will play a key role in ensuring programs meet quality and compliance requirements while fostering continuous improvement, innovation and excellence in educational delivery.
You are an experienced learning design professional with a strong understanding of vocational education and a passion for creating engaging, high-quality learning experiences. You bring expertise in designing and developing online, blended and paper-based learning and assessment resources that support positive student outcomes and meet compliance requirements.
A collaborative and trusted advisor, you work effectively with educators and leaders to understand learning needs, challenge traditional approaches where appropriate, and co-design contemporary, student-centred solutions. You are comfortable using AI and digital technologies to enhance curriculum design and content development, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accessibility, compliance and educational best practice.
With excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, you can build productive relationships across a diverse organisation, manage competing priorities and provide responsive, customer-focused support. You have a keen eye for detail and experience coordinating and publishing curriculum and assessment materials that align with style guides, branding standards and regulatory requirements.
Most importantly, you are committed to continuous improvement and innovation in education. You stay informed about emerging trends, apply adult learning principles in your work and enjoy supporting educators to embrace new approaches to online, blended and technology-enhanced delivery.
