The Office of Teaching and Learning (OTL) supports Faculties and Institutes at Holmesglen through expert guidance in curriculum management, learning design and professional development. Within OTL, the Educational Resources and Support Unit leads the development and delivery of high‑quality teaching and learning resources across digital and print formats, working collaboratively to create innovative and engaging learning experiences.
As our E‑Learning and Instructional Designer, you will work closely with the Instructional Design Manager, subject matter experts and teaching teams to design accessible, compliant and multimedia‑rich learning resources for online, blended and print delivery. Applying contemporary instructional design principles, including the ethical use of Artificial Intelligence tools, you will enhance digital learning platforms, support Senior Secondary, VET and Higher Education programs, and contribute to continuous improvement and best practice in digital learning across the Institute.
