About the role

As an Education Support Officer in Nursing, you’ll help students build confidence as they learn new concepts and practical skills. You’ll support learners one‑on‑one and in small groups, offering guidance, encouragement, and simple follow‑up instruction that keeps them engaged and progressing. Working closely with Teachers, you’ll bring tutoring plans to life across both face‑to‑face and online environments.

You’ll also lend a hand with basic documentation and day‑to‑day tasks that keep the section running smoothly. From time to time, you may travel locally to support students while they’re on placement.
