Department of Education Victoria – Ballarat Specialist School is seeking an Education Support Leader to provide integrated operational, therapeutic and wellbeing leadership across the mini school. Responsibilities

• 1) Student Safety, Behaviour Support and Personal Care across the mini school.
• 2) Provide staff support, cover classrooms and coaching on behaviour and care.
• 3) Allied Health liaison to align strategies with classroom practice.
• 4) Regular communication with leaders to monitor wellbeing and planning.
• 5) Compliance and documentation of incidents and health plans.
