The University of Sydney seeks an experienced Education Support Lead within the Faculty of Medicine and Health to oversee education support services and administration of learning and teaching activities. You will lead a team, manage curriculum activities, and drive continuous improvement in student experience.

You will coordinate education processes, ensure policy compliance, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships in a dynamic university environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in education administration within higher education.
• Experience leading or supervising staff and contributing to a high performing team culture.
• Knowledge of university policies and frameworks for learning and teaching.
• Experience with learning management and student administration systems such as Canvas.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate delivery of education support services across the work area.
• Supervise and support education support staff with coaching and performance development.
• Build relationships with academic and professional staff to support education priorities.
• Oversee curriculum support, assessments, results processing and student evaluations.
