Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate delivery of education support services across the work area
• Supervise and support education support staff with coaching and performance development
• Build relationships with academic, teaching and professional staff to support priorities
• Provide guidance on University policies and education administration processes
• Oversee teaching administration activities including curriculum support, assessments and student evaluations
• Coordinate program evaluation activities and support continuous improvement
• Manage education systems, records and reporting for data accuracy and compliance
• Oversee development of learning resources and onboarding of staff in systems and processes
• Coordinate education projects and initiatives across faculties
• Review data to support planning and decision making
• Engage in communities of practice across Education Support teams
• Identify opportunities to streamline service delivery and enhance the student experience
• Undertake other duties as required
