Job summary

The Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (RACGP) is offering an Education Support Administrator role based in Australia. The position provides a base salary of $79,959 plus Superannuation and the ability to salary package up to $15,900 tax-free for living expenses under the RACGP's health promotion charity status, with a 12-month max term and potential extension.

The Education Support Administrator supports the delivery of national assessment programs by processing applications, maintaining records, coordinating outcomes and responding to stakeholders. This role reports to the Education Support Lead and works with applicants, members and internal teams.

As our Education Support Administrator, you'll also:

• Review documentation, identify gaps and follow up for additional information in line with established requirements.
• Monitor workflows, prioritise workloads and ensure applications progress within agreed service standards.
• Prepare correspondence, documentation and reports, and support assessment activities, system changes and projects.
