Job summary

Responsibilities

• Supervise the collection of accurate data, notes and communication relating to students, parents/caregivers.
• Lead the wellbeing team on campus with the Principal.
• Provide wellbeing support to parents/caregivers and students to sustain happiness.
• Facilitate intensive support for students with social, emotional and educational needs.
• Advise teachers on impacts of student situations and suggest wellbeing strategies.
• Develop and apply College policies related to student care and wellbeing.
• Liaise with parents/caregivers about student behaviour and enrolment matters.
• Provide clinical input to staff and external professionals for best outcomes.
• Support restorative justice processes as required.
• Network with education and social work professionals to promote the College.
• Report risks or harm to Principal and act accordingly.
• Implement and evaluate risk management for child safety.
