Job summary

Continence Health Australia in Surrey Hills, VIC is seeking an Education Program Coordinator for a 6-month full-time contract. The role offers hybrid working arrangements, base salary with super and NFP salary packaging.

You will coordinate the Nurse Continence Development Program Foundation Course development, delivery and continuous improvement, working with subject matter experts to enhance CHA's education portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience in education program development, delivery and evaluation within health, aged care, disability or community services.
• Demonstrated project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with clinical experts and multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
• Strong organisational, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in education or a related discipline.
• Experience in instructional design, clinical education or workforce capability development.
• Knowledge of accredited education frameworks and adult learning principles.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of video lectures and learning resources
• Support quality assurance and assessment development processes
• Coordinate lived-experience learning vignettes
• Develop student information and course materials
• Monitor student progression and engagement
• Support delivery of the Education Team work plan
• Support development of a capability framework
• Liaise with subject matter experts and stakeholders
• Gather and analyse learner pathway data
• Map existing education offerings against capability requirements
• Contribute to education projects linked to workforce reform and quality improvement
