Job summary
St John of God Health Care, Subiaco, WA, seeks an experienced Clinical Nurse Consultant in Continence/Urology to lead advanced nursing practice, education and service development within a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications
- Registered Nurse with AHPRA registration and extensive experience in continence and urology nursing.
- Postgraduate qualification in Continence/Urology or commitment to working towards one.
Responsibilities
- Provide advanced clinical leadership and expertise in continence and urology nursing practice.
- Assess, coordinate and support care for patients with complex continence and urology needs.
- Deliver specialist clinical consultancy, guidance and support to multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead education initiatives for patients, caregivers and clinical teams to enhance care outcomes.
- Support research, innovation and continuous improvement within the specialty area.
- Monitor, analyse and report on service performance and opportunities for service growth.
