Job summary

Flinders University is seeking a Senior Project Officer - Education Pathways to lead and coordinate Indigenous Entry Stream and Rural Entry Pathway programs across multiple campuses. The role focuses on developing and strengthening pathways into the Flinders Medical Program, engaging with Indigenous communities and rural health stakeholders.

You will manage complex program activities, drive strategic education projects and contribute to workforce development in SA and the Northern Territory.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to build productive relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery, enhancement and ongoing success of Indigenous Entry Stream and Rural Entry Pathway programs across multiple campuses.
• Manage end-to-end program operations including participant engagement, applications, selection, enrolments and reporting.
• Plan and deliver strategic education projects, monitor outcomes and provide high-level advice.
• Build and maintain partnerships with students, academic staff, health services and community organisations.
