Job summary

Flinders University is seeking a Senior Project Officer - Education Pathways to lead Indigenous Entry Stream and Rural Entry Pathway programs across multiple campuses in SA/NT. You will coordinate end-to-end workflows, engage participants, liaise with academic staff and external partners, and drive strategic education initiatives to improve access and outcomes for rural and Indigenous communities.

• Demonstrated experience in project planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Indigenous Entry Stream and Rural Entry Pathway programs across campuses.
• Manage end-to-end program operations: participant engagement, applications, selection, enrolments, reporting and communications.
• Plan and deliver strategic education projects, monitor outcomes and risks, provide high-level advisory input.
• Build partnerships with students, academic staff, health services and community organisations.
• Contribute to Flinders University's Changing Lives, Every One Matters strategy by 2035 through Stronger Together initiatives.
