Chisholm Institute in Frankston is seeking an experienced Education Manager (Fee for Service) to lead the delivery of domestic and international FFS programs within the Electrical portfolio. The role covers partner college delivery in China, CPD programs, and the development of innovative, industry-responsive training products.
You'll manage budgets, resources and staffing, monitor financial performance, and build strong industry relationships to grow the Fee for Service portfolio.
Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent meeting RTO standards.
- Approved adult teaching qualification at AQF 5 or higher.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies as required.
- Vocational qualifications with industry currency and relevance.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the delivery of domestic and international Fee for Service programs within the Electrical portfolio.
- Provide operational oversight of partner college delivery arrangements in China.
- Manage FFS training activities including CPD programs and short courses.
- Lead design and evaluation of innovative training products and programs.
- Ensure learning resources meet regulatory requirements and industry practices.
- Develop flexible delivery models to improve learner participation and outcomes.
- Promote learner-centred education and build industry partnerships domestically and internationally.
- Identify strategies to grow the Fee for Service portfolio and manage budgets and staffing.
- Monitor financial performance across FFS activities including revenue and profitability.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Education Manager (Fee for Service), your key responsibilities include:
- Lead and manage the delivery of domestic and international Fee for Service (FFS) programs within the Electrical portfolio, ensuring quality educational, operational and commercial outcomes.
- Provide operational oversight of partner college delivery arrangements in China, including workforce planning, quality assurance, teacher performance, timetabling, resource allocation and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage FFS training activities, including Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programs, customised industry training and short course delivery.
- Lead the design, development, implementation and evaluation of innovative, industry-responsive and commercially viable training products and programs.
- Ensure all learning and assessment resources meet regulatory requirements, training package specifications and contemporary industry practices.
- Drive the development of flexible and blended delivery models that improve learner participation, accessibility and client outcomes.
- Promote a learner-centred approach to education and training that supports positive engagement, retention and completion outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry associations, employers, licensing bodies, regulators and strategic partners both domestically and internationally.
- Identify, develop and implement strategies that support sustainable growth of the Fee for Service portfolio across Electrical programs.
- Manage program budgets, resources and staffing to ensure effective and efficient delivery outcomes.
- Monitor financial performance across FFS activities, including revenue, expenditure, utilisation and profitability.

- Salary: $132,781 p.a. Plus Super

The incumbent will be required to travel internationally as required by the business.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or qualifications that meet the Standards for RTOs 2015
- Approved Adult Teaching qualification at AQF 5 level or higher
- Registration with relevant professional bodies as required for the teaching discipline
- Vocational qualifications relevant to or above the level required and industry currency
