The position is fixed-term, part-time (0.4 FTE, 15 hours/week) for two years, with emphasis on teaching excellence, student engagement, and industry collaboration.

Qualifications

• PhD (or enrolled) in Human Nutrition or Dietetics is highly desirable.
• Registration as a Nutritionist or APD, or eligible for APD status with Dietitians Australia.
• Applicants must have working rights in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Convene units and lead curriculum development.
• Coordinate units and develop contemporary learning materials.
• Deliver lectures, tutorials, practical classes, laboratories, seminars, and workshops.
• Support and mentor students through consultation and guidance.
• Develop innovative teaching methods to boost engagement and outcomes.
• Contribute to work-integrated learning and industry engagement.
