Job summary

Department of Education in Western Australia is seeking a team‑oriented professional to support the development and evaluation of education and therapy programs for students with special needs. You will provide feedback on education and therapy programs and participate in the evaluation process relating to the achievement of goals in special education, as outlined in the Job Description Form (JDF).

Qualifications

• Experience in managing difficult behaviour and knowledge of Team Teach is also desirable.
• Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before you start.
• Demonstrated ability to assist professionals in the implementation and evaluation of education programs, including special education and, if required, occupational and/or physiotherapy programs.
