• Extensive leadership experience in secondary education.
• Strong data-informed decision-making and communication skills.
• Experience with QCE and ATAR processes is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead accurate tracking of student progress toward QCE attainment and ATAR eligibility, with data walls and subject transitions.
• Oversee senior pathways, enrolments, interventions and case management in collaboration with school leaders.
• Coordinate Year 10–12 transitions, new enrolments, inductions and pathway alignment.
• Oversee Year 11–12 examination planning, timetabling and external examination processes.
• Monitor attendance and engagement, and support senior cohort activities and events.
